Auxentios (S) Pte Ltd was established in 2014, by directors of Mulan Gallery Pte Ltd, to serve the growing need of art collectors to house their art collection in a humidity controlled space. With humidity in Singapore hovering between 80 – 90% throughout the year, many collectors encounter the challenge of keeping their paintings, in particular paperwork, in good pristine condition.
Small storage units (approx 50 sq feet) about the footprint of a car park lot were built to offer art collectors a decent size storage space at competitive market rates. Additionally, the need for easy self-access in a modern secure facility was also a key consideration in the design setup.
